Job Title: Senior Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operational activities of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement across departments. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily healthcare operations across clinical and non-clinical departments
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
• Monitor patient care delivery to maintain quality, safety, and service excellence
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate with medical staff, nursing teams, and administrative departments
• Analyze operational metrics, patient outcomes, and performance indicators
• Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvement initiatives
• Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and resource utilization
• Manage vendor relationships and healthcare service contracts
• Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior management
• Support audits, inspections, and internal quality assessments
• Ensure effective use of healthcare technology and information systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Master’s degree (MHA, MBA in Healthcare, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Experience with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR)

• Knowledge of NABH, JCI, or other healthcare accreditation standards
